    • Preparing for a pediatric appointment of any kind. What questions should I be asking? What is the doctor looking for? What might be some possible next steps?

    • Debriefing after a visit. Translating medical jargon so you can better understand what is coming next.

    • Child development questions. Is this typical? Should I seek further evaluation?

    • Is your child going through an acute illness and you feel like you could use some additional support and guidance? We are happy to provide that for you!

    • Parenting techniques. What is the best way to approach this particular problem? Help with conflicting information from multiple sources. Weighing the pros and cons of a decision with a parent.

  • For anyone who asks a question that we feel is not appropriate for us to answer, we will inform you right away, suggest and alternative and are happy to refund your purchase.

  • We are happy to share our knowledge and experiences with you, but as we are not doing complete history and physicals, we don’t have the tools we would need to provide treatment. We are more than happy to talk with you before your doctor visits or after to help think of questions to ask or to debrief and explain medical jargon.

  • Please see the section titled terms of service for a complete list of MPF terms and conditions.

  • One session (or question) - you may connect with us within a 24 hour timespan, including multiple texts back and forth. Any follow up questions initiated by My Pediatrician Friend are bonus and you will not be charged.

  • Children ages 0-18.

  • We are available to chat between the hours of 7am-10pm EST. Response time is the same day. Between the hours of 10pm - 7am EST you are welcome to send messages and you will get a response in the morning.

  • You will be charged for your service at the time of purchase. You may save the MPF phone number in your contacts. When the 6 month period is over, we will ask if you want to renew or cancel.
